Illustration Friday - Skyline

I was stumped for this one. Honestly, the first thing I thought was skyline chili.

With this one I was thinking of that Ben Folds song that sings, "Won't you look up at the skyline/
At the mortar, block, and glass/and check out the reflections in my eyes..."



Then I started thinking small fish in a big pond. All Marlo Thomas, you know?



And it's not like you have to twist my arm to draw robots.

Anyhow, these are all scanned out of my sketchbook, so they're a bit rough. I broke out the watercolors because I miss them...
